To give the ICVO the necessary tools !

 

Reason

1.       To Raise Funds - for Technology Research and Development, Production, and Implementation - for use by ICVO's within the SPPD Industry.

2.       To Create Solidarity - among the ICVO's.

3.       To Create a "Fundamental Framework" - for operational procedures for use by ICVO's while working as Contractors and/or Sub-Contractors within the SPPD Industry.

4.       To Do Away With:  NO OVERSIGHT - THAT IS INDUSTRY SYSTEMIC leading to human acts of abuse i.e. misunderstandings, misinterpretations, inefficiency, wastefulness, deception, clandestine trickery, perversion of the truth, fraud, distrust, career abuse, mental abuse, hurtful mean-spirited dialogue, physical abuse, financial abuse and unjustified financial claims - and create a Unified Structure for ease of use.

5.       To Lookout for the rights and welfare - of all ICVO's in the USA.

6.       To Create an essential-necessity benefits package(s) for its members - by putting Funds aside for Health Care Benefits Programs, Retirement Pension Funds        Programs, General Assistance Programs, etc.

7.       To Create ergonomic procedures - for progressive thinking within the Small Package Pick-Up and Delivery Industry as it concerns Independent Courier Van Operators.

8.       To Eradicate other - lesser-known negative stuff causing harm to the Industry.

9.       To Meet the Needs and Satisfaction of the Customer - should be met at an above - adequate level.     

10.     To Maintain and/or Increase Motor Vehicle Safety - for the ICVO while Operating his Delivery Vehicle on the Roads and Highways of America.
