Basic Concept:
The Courier provides the "SERVICE" - of SPPD - of an "Item". The Courier (ICVO) makes or creates a “relationship” directly with the Customer / Client (Joe's Hardware Store). The ICVO supplies basic documentation (suitable and agreeable to both parties) such as: Bill of Lading, Invoice, and other documents. Of-course all the Labor is performed by the "Courier". All communication between the Courier and the Customer /Client is direct.
A-1). The ICVO communicates and deals (sell's service) with the Customer / Client (Joe's Hardware Store). And then deals with Joe's Hardware Store's bookkeeper “directly” for remuneration.

Fellow Contracting Courier Competitors
Back in the 1990's, your President was doing ICVO contracting work for a Medical Equipment client company in New Jersey. The company had allot of deliveries, more than one driver could handle. So, the client company contracted another ICVO driver to take-up the additional work. This photo shows Sam and Steve shaking hands, to show mutual cooperation in doing delivery work, working together as competitors performing deliveries for this particular client company. In this particular instance, there was a copious amount of pie to go around.
